We MUST have the minors Birth Certificate and Legal Guardian’s state issued ID.

Minors under the age of 16 years old may only receive ear lobe piercings.

Minors cannot receive any form of genital piercing, including nipples.

For any minor wanting a non-ear lobe piercing that is 16 years or older, it is required that they also bring their state issued ID. School IDs do NOT apply.

If you have booked an appointment and have failed to bring proper documentation, you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
