(She/They) Originally hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, Dae obtained her piercing certification in Denver, Colorado. Known for her strong work ethic and supportive nature, Dae was chosen to lead as the head piercer at Element Piercing. Since its inception, Dae has been an essential part of the Element Team.

Having a background in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas, Dae brings a level of precision and expertise to each piercing she performs. She is committed to staying informed on the latest practices in the industry, always striving to provide the best service to her clients.

A natural leader, Dae embodies integrity, accuracy, and innovation in her role as not only a piercer but also as a manager. She conscientiously balances her responsibilities to both her clients and her team, showcasing her dedication to her craft.

Dae, being well versed in the art of body piercing, is the perfect piercer for anyone that wants to add a little (or a lot) of personal expression to their lives.

(They/She) Keely, a passionate jewelry artisan from Sacramento, California, discovered her love for metal smithing while pursuing a liberal arts degree. Their unique designs have earned them the prestigious Black Apple Award for favorite jeweler three times.

Beyond traditional jewelry, Keely excels in custom handcrafted adornments and body piercing, where she found a new avenue for artistic expression. Known for their personalized approach, Keely caters to each client’s needs with care and attention to detail, particularly focusing on those with sensory needs. Their patient demeanor and thorough explanations ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all.

(She/Her) A Fayetteville native, Tylee holds a bachelor’s degree in life sciences whose passion for nature and science fuels her career. Alongside her academic achievements, Tylee has always been drawn to the world of fine jewelry.

Through an apprenticeship with a local jeweler and formal training from the esteemed Gemological Institute of America, she gained expertise in precious gems and diamonds. Inspired by her scientific background and love for jewelry, Tylee ventured into body piercing, creating elegant and contemporary body piercings for those with refined tastes. With her soothing presence and commitment to quality, Tylee ensures a comfortable experience for all her clients, believing that everyone deserves the best.

(They/He) Born and raised in Tehachapi, California, Pac grew up with a mix of city life and ranching values. Surrounded by nature from a young age, he developed a keen interest in science and the world around him. Which later evolved into a passion for art, design, and style.

Growing up in a place that embraced both modern fashion and natural beauty deeply influenced Pac’s growth. Guided by his grandfather’s wisdom and support, he was encouraged to pursue his aspirations. Pac obtained an Associate of Science degree and eventually enrolled in the nursing program at UCA.

Pac realized his true calling by integrating art and science. Training as a body piercer, he joined the Element team in 2023. Pac swiftly gained a devoted following of stylish individuals in NWA who appreciate his unique craftmanship.
